Ahwatukee is preparing for a Halloween season filled with exciting, family-friendly activities for its residents. As autumn arrives and anticipation for trick-or-treating grows, the community is presenting secure and inventive alternatives to going door-to-door for candy. These trunk or treat gatherings are rapidly becoming a cherished custom, uniting neighbors for enjoyable festivities, imaginative displays, and a generous supply of sweets for the young celebrants.

This year, Ahwatukee features a notable selection of trunk or treat celebrations, ensuring there is something for everyone. These events, starting early and continuing through the weekends, demonstrate the community’s dedication to providing enjoyable and secure Halloween experiences. They serve as an excellent occasion for families to interact, for local businesses to connect with residents, and for children to show off their costumes in a lively and inviting setting. The festivities commence later in the month, on Friday, October 24th, Goldfish Swim School – Ahwatukee is hosting “Bubbles’ Boo Bash” from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at 4730 East Warner Road, Suite 7. This free, family-oriented event offers a unique take on Halloween fun. Children can participate in a trunk-or-treat with local businesses, explore “Haunted Huts” prepared by the Goldfish staff, and join in lively games within the swim school premises.

The Bash also includes a costume parade and competition with awards, as well as raffles. Businesses interested in participating can still contribute by donating candy, raffle prizes, or financial assistance, helping to ensure the event’s success. Those wishing to get involved or learn more can contact Goldfish Swim School at 480-405-1570, providing a secure and entertaining way to celebrate Halloween early and build new community relationships.

Concluding the trunk or treat season, Mountain Park Church is holding its yearly “Harvest Fest Trunk-n-Treat” on Friday, October 25th, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. Located at 16461 S. 48th Street in Phoenix, this event provides a relaxed and festive environment for families. Children will have the opportunity to gather candy as they visit each uniquely decorated trunk, all within a secure and familiar neighborhood setting.
